Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a backend developer to join our Operations team. Using our software development life cycle (SDLC), this is a front-row seat to how modern products get built. In this role, you will write, review, approve, fix, and rewrite code we build using AI tools and technologies – turning product requirements into working software and taking real ownership of code quality.
What will your day look like
- Work side by side with the CTO to take products from requirements to development, testing, and production.
- Build backend services and APIs and contribute across the stack where needed.
- Review, debug, and fix code, including code produced with AI tools to make it correct, secure, and production-ready.
- Integrate with cloud services and third-party APIs.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end as part of a small, high-trust operations team.
Must-have requirements
- 2+ years of professional development experience (backend-heavy, full-stack acceptable)
- B.Sc. in CS, Software Engineering or equivalent (IDF technological units)
- Comfortable owning production systems: deploy, monitoring, incidents
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools for coding and debugging
